Laptop purchased. Never was able to get a receipt after numerous requests Today Microsoft is no longer available. Appears it was not a valid license. Was so to me as loaded with this. Had for about 6 months I knew when he wouldn’t send me a receipt, it was only a matter of time before I had problems with no proof of purchase. Total scam artist

Mike did a FABULOUS job! I went in thinking I would need a new computer and spend my whole tax refund on it. He was able to set me up in a refurbished computer (that looks and functions like it's brand new) AND moved all my old data from my old computer to the new one for a VERY reasonable price. Worst service ever. Carelessness of your devices. I give it -5. Very bad business I will rate this place a -5 if it's possible five stars rating for worst customer service. These people are bad business, they are very inconsiderate of your devices. Never open to their business hours. Don't answers phone calls. I dropped my laptop there to replace a power button they had my laptop there for three and a half weeks I called them to follow up on them to order the parts they needed and they never answer my phone calls they never open. One day I go there in person and out of the blue they're open and I asked them why is it a problem for you guys to follow it up with me and the lady at the front desk was quite and has no explanation,carelessness handed my laptop broken open parts all over place. Terrible service.
