I had a corrupted OS on a android phone, was TOTALLY DEAD. John the tech in Westport was able to flash the phone and bring it back after a 6 hour process. So I did NOT have reset and lose data. He stepped thru the process for data transfer...extremely knowledgeable and great attitude!

The store should advise you that it is sent out for repair. It took to long , 2 weeks, for a diagnosis, then they said an additional week to get laptop back. It was too expensive to repair and less expensive for me to purchase a new one . Not convenient for a remote employee.
