Staples

My elderly mother went to this staples location earlier today and had a wonderful experience. As she is very old and sometimes very confused, she had trouble finding batteries for her flashlight. A very nice young man named Joe was very patient in helping her. He even looked up what kind of flashlight it was so she could purchase just the right batteries. His costumer service oriented attitude and willing nature to help an old lady warms my heart. In a time in which people are often rude and unhelpful, he definitely stands out as a ray of sunshine in a world of gloom. His small act of kindness made my Mother’s day. When I return to this staples, I will keep an eye out for this young man to help me too.

We went here for passport photos, they have a bright white lit up screen to serve a background. Makes anyone look much much darker than they really are. We had no choice so we went ahead with it. We needed four copies, so that was double the cost. We paid $35 for four passport photos! Then headed towards the photocopy machine. Both copies had a yellowish band across the bottom half. Asked the person at the printing services and he shrugs as though it's not really his problem. What a waste of time.

The Westport Avenue, Norwalk Staples provides consistently excellent customer service from the ever-cordial and helpful staff. Although I'm not a fan of running errands, shopping at this Staples is more of a joy than a chore.

The staff at Staples are welcoming and helpful. When I encountered a pricing issue between in store and online, they immediately gave me the lowest price! That happened at both Stores in Norwalk, Ct. Excellent customer service!

What a Waste of time to get any thing from here, No Sense of Urgency or Consideration for Customers Time! Had to Wait Almost 1/2 Hour For Passport Pics while a Lady was Bullshitting to a Worker. No One at Tech Desk
