My computer was having thermal issues, It was heating up very quickly and it got to the point where it wouldn’t even want to turn on.. Which then comes Bo. Like an absolute legend, Bo almost INSTANTLY figures out what the problem was with my computer Not only was he efficient, But also very positive and gave me advice on what to do so I wouldn’t have this problem again! Pricing was also good compared to other companies I was kept updated on what was going up with the computer and had it back in no time Thank you Bo for the great work! I will surely mention this place to anyone having computer issues.

Great local mom and pop shop. They do great work at reasonable prices and are honest! They won't try to charge you for what you don't need. I brought in a Chromebook thinking there was something wrong and it was simply the charger that was blown. Never occurred to me. What I thought was going to be a few hundred dollars was less than $100. My son just cracked his iMac screen - we went straight to Norwalk Computer.

I visited today along with my friend who had his Facebook account hacked. We had trouble getting responses through FB support and all the steps we had tried were not working. Bo was very patient and thorough, and suggested the steps that could best resolve the issue. Note that this is a small family business without the frills of a nice waiting area. Before today, there were two other times we met Bo in person and on the phone. Each experience was positive and we trust his expertise. The five stars are more for the help we received and not the actual shop.

My son's gaming computer was not getting power after he had switched his components to a new upgraded tower. I brought it to Geek Squad, and they looked it over and could not figure it out. I took it to U Break I Fix (now an Asurion Company). They said their technicians are the best and suggested I sign up for $25/month membership to get expedited service and that I could cancel this after the repair. The first call back said that they re-connected all the wiring and no luck and suggested they get a new power supply that would take 3 to 5 days. I told them the power source was brand new from Best Buy. They then said it may be the motherboard. I picked up the computer and canceled the membership which was not an easy process. I found Norwalk Computer and saw they had great reviews. I took his computer there, and Bo used a tester and determined it was a bad motherboard (within 10 minutes). I bought a new motherboard and he installed it and put everything back together and I had it the next day. Everything works perfectly and I should have gone there first rather than wasting time at the other places. Thank you Norwalk Computer.
