Computer Tech Express

I came here to get a key on my computer that had broken fixed. I went to another place but they guy said he might be able to fix it but not guaranteed but then I went to Computer Tech Express and he was able to fix it no problem and he was kind enough to not charge us because he knew that COVID times are hard and he told us Happy New Year. I would definitely recommend coming here because of the AMAZING Customer Service.

Went to get my laptop repair. It was a simple repair to replace the screen wire. I was in a rush because this happened to be during finals week. They were helpful, telling me the issues which could be fixed. I then find out that they replaced my wifi card in addition to my screen wire (ran me around $180). I asked multiple other services and all of them said the two have nothing to do with each other. Not only do I now have to use an external usb wifi plug, but now it seems that I cant turn on Bluetooth on my laptop anymore. I am beyond frustrated. If you are looking for a fix but want to run the risk of not being able to use your device like you are use to, this is the place you should come to.

4/5 stars guy was very very nice and willing to put effort but y not 5 stars is because I brought my ps4 there and I had to wait until Monday after I brought it in on Wednesday and I was looking for a place to fix my ps4 in less than 30 mins
