Apple SoNo Collection

I went to the Genius Bar yesterday to troubleshoot my Air Pod Pros because they stopped charging. The gentleman who helped me was so kind patient, and personable. He took his time to diagnose the issue and ultimately determined that I needed a new pair. I wasn’t ready to buy a new pair that day but because he was so helpful I will probably come back to the store to find him when I’m ready to buy. I can’t remember his name but he had some really cool tattoos on his arms.

Been to SoNo collection plenty of times. Love the convenience of being able to return items to Amazon directly through their store. Love the Apple Store. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. And Locimo where finally got an extra piercing. The ladies there are friendly and lots of fun. I’ll definitely go again.

Went to the location to buy an iPad Pro. After about 5 minutes someone finally greeted me, I told them exactly what I wanted to buy…. He sent me over to the order pickup table and said I’d be “helped quickly”. I then stood there for 15 minutes without being helped, or even told “I’ll be right with you”. So, after waiting 15 minutes while being straight up ignored by staff looking right at me, I left… I tell you I want to spend $1300, know exactly what I want, have my card out… and you missed out on that sale because I got passed off to some corner to be ignored while staff entertains the 12 year olds playing on the tech.

The Apple Store at SoNo collection is an explosion of wondrous creations. From their classic iPhone to their newest HomePod, the Apple Store is incredible. Their iPads are always gaining new features, better software and more. Their music and TV platforms are equally innovative, and they’re always expanding in every direction. This is the same with all of their other products. The only reason it’s four stars is their service: the “Genius” who assisted us was very unhelpful, and did not even allow us to exchange an old device.

I never leave reviews but I had to visit the store 3 times for a huge issue with my phone in the past 5 days. The staff remembered me and exactly why I came in the past 2 times. I talked to maybe the same 3 staff members out of 5 in my 3 visits, who were able to prioritize my time and brainstorm off of each other. I still have to go back in when the phone is fixed, but I don’t mind because everyone is so nice and helpful. I wish I got everyone’s name, but thank you so much Jose, Nima, and the team I worked with today!
