Tech was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, without hesitation. Most importantly, he was kind, respectful, courteous and patient. Not only to me but the other patrons in line ahead of me. He didn't rush any person, just to get to the next person in line. Without a doubt, I will be using this company in the future, should the need arise.

I brought my broken phone to them to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix it and they told me that it would be cheaper to just replace it with something else and they would have to order the parts for it to be able to fix it. So they offered me a different phone if I wanted. And because the phone I had was on its way to not working pretty soon, and the phone they offered me was within the budget I was planning on, I decided to go with that one.and it came with a case, and a screen protector. Because I’m a big klutz when it comes to phones. And so far so good with it.the staff there were very helpful and friendly too. I’d recommend going there to see what they can do for anyone who needs help with a phone repair or looking to get a replacement phone.

Brought my old Samsung with cracked screen in to see if it would be worthwhile to have it fixed. Immediately upon looking at the phone, the tech (wish I got his name) said it looks like just the screen protector is cracked and not the actual screen. I told him No, the screen is cracked and that is why I put the protector on it. He then discovered that there was another screen protector underneath the top protector and that it was the protectors that were cracked and not my actual screen. I was happily surprised (and somewhat embarrassed) to find that there were 2 protectors on the phone... I had no idea! The tech could have easily taken the phone in the back and come out and charged me for a new screen and taken advantage of my ignorance, as I honestly wouldn't have known the difference. The tech was very friendly, helpful, and honest. I would 100% trust this shop and will be back for any future repairs needed. Thanks so much for your honesty!!

Delayed Service: I waited over [insert duration] for assistance, which exceeded our standard response time. Unprofessional Behavior: I mentioned that staff were unhelpful and dismissive during their interaction. Overall this is what happened "I had a terrible experience with uBreakiFix. I brought my device in for repair, and they promised it would be ready by a specific date. However, they didn’t even start the repair on time. After several follow-ups, it became clear they were delaying things on purpose without any valid reason. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. I expected better service and will not be returning. This is how I get my PS5 the day they say they will be done with everything for the second time.

My nightmare is very long. I dealt with Asurion on 01/28/25. My experience wasn't the best but I appreciate that they worked with me to authenticate my information. My phone was totally destroyed. My nightmare began on Jan. 28, 2025 when my phone screen broke. I wasted time from Jan. 29 through Feb. 4 at the local Verizon store, on the phone with the Verizon/Asurion so called "Experts". And noone was able to help me. Today I called Samsung and they suggested I go to the "uBreakiFic Store". I drove over an hour to the Newington Store. I spoke with Peter before I got there and he was extremely helpful. It took him about 1 minute to factory reset my phone. They didn't help me but and I did not want to send the phone back with my information still in the device. The supervisor I spoke with said, if I didn't send the broken phone back I had to pay $399.00. Remember, between going to the stores and phone calls I dealt with about 14 people. Starting with low level Techs to 2nd Tech to Supervisor. I wasted time for 7 days. Kudos to Peter! Thank you! Thank you! Margie
