I recently visited Staples and found that the store was understaffed, which led to longer wait times at checkout. While the employees present were helpful, the overall experience could be improved with more staff to assist customers or like in other retail stores, have self-checkout lanes. Thank you.

Wonderful associate! Knew her stuff. I would have given 5 stars but the product, a printer, was missing its cords. The store is giving me a brand-new printer and will set it up in the store to insure it works! Thanks, Nyesha!!! You were excellent!

Walked in sales associate looked right at me and didn’t greet me. I get to the register for check out he snatches the printer ink out my hand and I got cut from the plastic container the ink is in, did apologize however that was unacceptable. My receipt printed he just sat there and stared at me so I grabbed my own receipt from the printer. Will never come to this location again. Very disappointed!
