I went there because my phone had a virus. I got there and called from the parking lot. I was too early, but the nice young man ( possibly the owner) invited me anyway to have a look at it. His techs weren't in yet. He worked at it for about 20 minutes and got some of my problem fixed, but recommended I take it to another repair shop down the road as this shop dealt mostly with computers etc. He was very pleasant and refused to take any money for his time. Nice experience here..

Best service always! They fixed our laptop before and then a badly cracked screen on our iPhone 7 Plus. Fast repairs both times, and I was happy with the pricing. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful even after the repair with any questions we had. The owner is always accommodating and really cares about his customers and the quality of work they do. Will NOT go ANYWHERE ELSE! It's hard to find a TRUSTWORTHY place that really knows how to fix all things computer, electronic devices, and more. Great company. Very responsive and professional. I trust them with my most sensitive data and have no doubt they they understand not only the hardware in my data center but also the new hardware on the market. They understand my business goals and recommend changes accordingly. Its like have a team of full time IT professionals on staff without the burden of the yearly expense.

Best service (fast) and very reasonable rates to fix my computer. They call as soon as its done. I recommend them if you have a computer problem/issue. Easy to find, plenty of parking and very nice staff. I will be returning again if I need repairs and you should go to them also. Dave

Similar situation with the other complaint. Brought them a laptop, a day or so later they said it was fixed. Picked it up to find out it didn't work. Brought it back...and they had it for weeks. They said the were "working on it" but after loosing patience and being treated poorly over the phone, I went there, I walked passed everyone and right into the repair area to see it sitting on a shelf. I took it and walked out. Nothing was done to fix it. I reported it to my credit card company for a refund. Got the refund. Owner calls me some time after that to find out what had happened. At no time did the owner offer to make it right. Why are they still in business?
