I just want to take a moment to acknowledge how friendly, efficient and helpful the employees at Staples are in London always however, most recently when assisting with returns to Amazon and the like. They’re all very friendly and knowledgeable and attend to the customers as quickly as possible. I believe it was the day after Christmas when I showed up with a couple of returns and there was quite a long line - Stephan happened to be the employee on duty at the time and he handled managing this line both efficiently as friendly as possible with a wonderful presence and etiquette. All the employees at Staples In New London are hard-working and they show up – thought I would mention Steff’s name because that particular day the line was quite overwhelming for me, but he didn’t seem to even sweat and just handled things professionally and efficiently. The new printing employee from Rhode Island a younger woman thinner , dark hair, she spent a lot of time with us on a small project that we could not get anyone else to bother taking a look at. Good employee , good service , she should step into management. Fast efficient and effective service

Grosest Staples I’ve ever been to. Staff is consistently rude, slow and seemingly untrained. Amazon return today and the girl working the front not once addressed me or said hello. Proceeded to complain to her coworker about her problems while doing the transaction. Seriously, this store is an absolute joke.

Don’t waster your time trying to get anything printed via their email at the printing desk. This store has technical issues with an inept outdated WIFI / cellular service. The staff is great but they unfortunately can’t do much about the issues.
