I had the pleasure of being helped by Nicholas, a wonderful wonderful employee. He was incredibly intelligent and has unlimited knowledge about the iPad and everything coming along with it. He had more than one answer for my annoying questions and didn’t give me any feeling that he was disinterested at any point of the sale. A wonderful employee you have, I highly recommend asking for help from this gentleman🤗

No lines great staff fixed our iPhone for no charge. They could have sold us a screen protector and lots of accessories but didn’t push anything on us. Truly wonderful tech guys.

No complaints, the staff is for the most part friendly, and they're all super helpful. Although, it's difficult finding a worker when it's busy, but that's my only complaint so far. I do like how the staff isn't super pushy on selling warranties or add-ons.

This was my first time going to the Apple Store at this location. First of all the hours are posted way in the left side bottom corner. Who is going to see that. Post them in the normal spot so we can see them. I went there at about 9:15 am not knowing that they open at 10. We opened the door and proceeded to enter. We were greeted by two nice security guards who asked if we worked there. We said no we are here to purchase. Out of nowhere comes this beyond rude person stating I’m going to have to ask you to leave. We asked in a nice way what time do you open as we didn’t see the very hidden hours in the corner and the doors were open. Peter shut the door in our face and stated they are the same hours since 2011. Obviously we had never been there and didn’t know what time they opened. There is a way to say things. And his attitude and rudeness is unacceptable. Please send him to etiquette training ASAP. Needless to say I’m taking my business elsewhere!!

Technical support team is absolutely unhelpful, even the manager. I bought the Mac air in March of this year, today when I opened the Mac air the display shows colorful lines! The Mac air is completely in pristine condition externally, with no dents or any cracks on screen. There has been no accidents, no external pressures, it always lies in safe space at home, don’t even carry it outside! I am female who uses laptops very gently! But I am being told that since I have limited warranty I have to pay $600 with absolutely no mistake of mine! Manager states ‘ accidental damages’ are not covered by limited warranty. They saw that laptop is in pristine condition with screen surface with no crack whatsoever it’s internal issue! Why I should pay for internal screen damage which likely manufacturers fault. How I am not covered by consumer law rights!
