I brought my phone in to get my camera fixed, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and happen to drop it on a rock driveway, the 3x zoom camera got smashed by a rock and cracked. I booked my appointment for the next day to get it fixed. The guys that work there are super friendly and knowledgeable! Fixed my cracked camera lens in 30 mins and I was on my way. Very happy with the results and the great customer service!

Justin is fantastic! My daughter had a screen with a dark, thick line going from kiddie corner to the bottom. He got it fixed and beautiful in under 30 minutes. He is excellent in customer service as well. We were a few minutes late and he was wonderful about it. They provide several services and we will use this company in the future. Thank you, Justin!!

I got my screen fix on my iPhone 11 on May and now we on July and my screen came right off it was not put properly. Bad service and waste of money!

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I took in my PS5 for an HDMI port replacement. Jonas set the expectations upfront that it may take 2-3 days but they completely over delivered and had it done same day! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks again!

My screen was cracked in multiple locations on my new phone after I dropped it. They were very clear on what needed to be done, explaining it in detail. I went to a few places to see what it would take and cost to repair my phone. Many tried to take advantage and sell me things i did not need. I liked how to the point iDoctor in Waterbury was. I watched as my phone was being repaired. I was impressed!! He was meticulous to detail, professional, personable and kind. My phone actually looks better than it did when I purchased it 2 months ago. I will refer many whom I know that need their phones repaired to the Waterbury location. I am very pleased!!
