I brought my phone here to have the screen replaced. Isa did a terrible job and caused a lot of damage to my phone. The replacement screen was not positioned correctly which left a gap at the top to allow for water damage. There are scratches and dings all over the phone, which aside from the cracked screen, was in pristine condition when I brought it in there. Isa said it was not possible to get the back cover off without scratching it. The screen and back cover were not glued adequately leaving the interior of the phone completely exposed. Given the incredibly sloppy and careless manner in which my phone was handled, I have to assume that it has been compromised and will need to be replaced. I left a message with the owner, but have not heard back yet. Don't let the 5 stars fool you, The Tech Team will pay for a good review.

This place is the best place to fix your phone, these guys get the job done. Fair price and reliable. Will get all my friends to go this place. Kay is a nice guy and so is the other stuff. Really appreciate this reliable store.

These guys were fantastic. They repaired two of our kiddos’ iPads overnight and stayed late to do it. We had to leave in the morning and he wanted to be sure to have them ready. GREAT customer service - he called to keep me in the loop - and super helpful. The iPads came out perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Had my phone repaired here about a year or so ago, new back and glass. I am rough on my phone, so here I am at a different repair shop for the same reason. Come to find out, this shop charged me almost $100.00 more than I just paid. Not only that, the tech told all the screws were loose and cheap aftermarket parts were used. And yes, my phone was in a case.

Great customer service at the Milford location, would def recommend! I called in with something that wasn't exactly a normal repair request & they were super helpful. I was able to drop off my laptop & they safely removed/disposed of a severely bloated laptop battery for me. Would def come here again for any tech repairs.
