Alex helped us after we got a computer a virus. He saved our old family photos. He set our system up to automatically backup our main drive, and created a process to back up the other drives. He is a very positive person. He figured out and undid a mess I started with Windows 11 backup. I’m not a fan of Windows 11 – but I am a fan of Alex.

Alex was highly recommended by two businesses in town and the raves are true! I walked in with an urgent need for both my phone and laptop had been hacked by a spam. Alex dropped everything to help me. Took care of my phone on the spot and explained everything he would need to do carefully. He is so very kind, positive, and friendly. Alex was happy to help me out with everything that needed to be done. He even took the time when I picked up my laptop to show me what he’d done, and how to use some functions I couldn’t figure out on my own. What a wonderful blessing Alex was to me.
