Being a old school guy having worked for bell Atlantic mobile sprint and nextel as well as the signal I can say I have seen some busted phones The people here are nice and the techs are knowledgeable of the new devices we are all using. The cost was reasonable and done in a short time. I paid a lot of money for this device and take good care of it. It's important to be in touch with my family and job. We are all so busy these days and things happen. When your device breaks and you need some help don't hesitate to take your phone or device to the friendly people at this service center. Thank you for helping me stay in touch.

I walked into the store in Manchester. It was very busy, but was given a friendly greeting. When my turn was up, they quoted me a price and gave me a 3-4 hour window and a fare price. Picked my phone up 4 hours later and was as good as new. Extremely Great Service!!!

Brought my Samsumg ZFlip 6 here after the screen suddenly went black after 5 months of use. Had insurance on the phone, filed a claim with the help of AT&T employees before coming here. Anthony and his colleague did a phenomenal job. They were transparent about options, and my phone was fixed within about 4 hours. Would definitely come back.

Anthony and Anthony were great to work with. We came upon a fair resolution to my problem, and they do fantastic work as well with regards to the physical work on the phones. These guys know their stuff and it shows!!

Verizon called the store ahead for me and was told that the repair would take 1 hour and that my battery was available in stock. I arrived to be told that there was no battery of that description present and had to work hard to persuade the person at the front desk who was next in line to the manager who was absent that day, to ask someone in back. Indeed, there was a battery there that fit my phone. Then I was told that the repair would not be done till the end of the day and it was Midday at the time. The person at the front desk was consistently polite and consistently unhelpful. He refused to attempt to negotiate with anybody in back to accelerate my change. I worked with him for quite a while trying to explain that under the circumstances of what I had been promised, it might be nice to try, but he was unmoved for an unusual amount of time. Finally he agreed to let me call him a few hours later to see if it might be available somewhat earlier. My impression was that this was a very bureaucratic person who was attempting to protect the system and the rules more than the customer. Well he was at no point rude, and used polite language, as I mentioned. He seemed unwilling to understand or empathize with the inconvenience that had been caused me.
