Rude rude rude not only to me but to everyone on the line just wanting to ask a question if she is so overwhelmed then maybe she needs more help in the front it’s very upsetting dealing with people how hate their job I will never come back to this store

Called the store and was placed on hold talk to customer service and explained what I needed an appointment was set. I arrive 10 mins late dude was helping another woman set at the table patiently waiting. The dude never acknowledged me only to say we are closing in 5 mins. I am thinking about the audacity of him and letting him know how I felt about his professionalism. He was being argumentative I dismissed him and asked for a manager. Spoke with Liam and explained my situation. Liam said the representative that makes the appointments don't know anything about computers. That said it in a nutshell I wasted my time trying to get my surface pro fixed! Because of the poor service, I will buy my appliances and computers from one of their competitors who respect my time and business!

The tech who helped us was both courteous and helpful. She made sure that our products on the laptop were protected, and got our laptop back to us, with the clean certification the same day.

Sunday August 14 2022 had gotten virus on my laptop took my laptop to geek squad at Best Buy in Manchester. Stephaine helped me out . I mentioned how I would like to schedule an appointment with her to transfer my pictures to my laptop Stephanie schedule the appointment for Wednesday 17 2022 for 5:00pm. I got there at 4:35pm. When I got there Stephanie was with a customer. 5:07pm her customer left. I waited for her to call me over. Stephanie walked by me as.I watched her walk through door for employees one. I waited until 5:25pm I approached Ben and asked if Stephanie was coming back because I had an appointment at 5:00pm. He confirmed. Give an excuse that it was probably her break. That he would help me when he was done with the customer he was working with. I sat done waiting. When Ben was done he can over and helped me. He could not figure out the issue with my photos unable to download. He rescheduled an appointment for Friday August 19 2022 at 5:00pm. Being Friday I dealt with heavy traffic didn't get to my appointment on time. I recieved a text from geek squad to reschedule my appointment because I was already near Best Buy I decided to go to the store and reschedule my appointment. I stayed in line waiting to be assisted. Stephanie was with a customer. Ben and the other Tech. just kept walking around doing nothing socializing with other co work or in the the back and look at me through the curtains. A young man from a different department came to assist me. I asked to reschedule my appointment with Ben. After giving a thought I asked to cancel and to check if Best Buy in Newington had any appointment available he said 6:40pm I told him I would not be able to make it on time. . If there was anything else.. he said 7:00pm. I told him to schedule me for that time hopefully I get treated better so I left halfway to Newington I got a text to confirm my appointment at Manchester at 7:00pm.called to qeek squad number to see if they could schedule an appointment for me for 7:00pm. They could not only next day. When I had arrived they would be closing at 7:00pm. I feel I was made a mockery of. Felt I should of made a sceen maybe I would of gotten results.
