Went in for a stapler and the second I walked in was told they close in 4 minutes. not a problem because who’s staying in staples for a long time? I got my stapler and it took me less than 2 minutes. While I was checking out, a young man locked the doors! He had to manually let us out. DEFINITELY not a positive experience or welcoming environment.

I would not recommend this location for returning Amazon items. They said go to customer service desk, mgr told me to follow the dots in a terse manner…which, if that was accurate every time, I would have. However, other times I have been directed to registers and others to copy and print center. Awkward, leaving the customer service desk because you have to shimmy by the other customers in line as there is no exit for the Amazon desk. Be prepared to wait. Too much work for one staff member; manager/boss didn’t seem helpful when there was a line to check out as well as the Amazon line; the one worker was also having to do customer service which slowed things as well (so may not be best place to work if you are looking for retail). Will pay the dollar and go to UPS which is just as close for me.

I needed a new computer to be able to run a new buisness setup. The associate in the dayville ct location was very knowledgeable. He assisted with helping me select the best computer within my budget to meet my needs.

This location is convenient because it’s close to me but the employees need to be trained on communication and better customer service. My kids complain every time we come because they’ve seen the employees can be impatient most of the time especially the female employee in the printing center. I hope they get the help they need and they get trained on customer communication.
