My review was about park st location it’s a convenient location but y’all suck..clearly just with the reviews alone you have way too many complaints. U should consider a bit more structure and reliability in your business instead of attacking all the reviews. But I was def talking about the park st location seriously it’s bad for business this experience def has me looking at the reviews before I visit or purchase anything. Had I seen them first I would have never brought my daughter there

Mannys ripped my teenager off. The first time I dropped her phone off for a screen repair..$100 later it was “fixed” however the screen broke not once but two more times. she spent well over $300 to still have issues with her screen. her boyfriend takes it to Apple and less than $100 they really fixed it. They stated that there was missing pieces and pieces that did not belong. My daughter is only 17 and actually works for her money it’s sad because it’s your own people . For the record nanny’s was in a convenient location and the only one we really knew of for screen repairs.. never going there again..

Asked for a Farrah faucet/Bridget Bardot big blow out for a wedding ….. nailed it is an understatement. Not only did Marny get me in LAST MINUTE but she and Julie got me in and out in an hour. I have ALOT of hair so it’s no small feat lol I highly recommend to anyone. The salon was adorable and clean and neat and organized. Cute sitting area and good company. I’m so thankful I found them! Oh - and I left my root spray I brought with me there (which it turns out I didn’t need bc they had some) and they called to let me know! -Julie

UPDATE- THE OWNER/EMPLOYEE DECIDED TO COMMENT ON MY POST TODAY 10/10/23 Saying they don't have UPS Drop off Well let me add this, I made this post in February 2021 WHEN YOU DID DO UPS PICK-UP! So let me fix this review.... This WAS a great store back in 2021 but they no longer have the same employees with respect they once did they must have all went over to that new store on 809 BROAD Street around the corner that the owner/employee is talking about. (OLD MESSAGE FROM 2021)They I went in to Manny's to drop off a 1 day air 2 epackage for a UPS pick up in the snow storm on Feb 1, 2021 and the package was at the destination the following day to Roseville, CA. Manny's store was clean and the employees were very nice!
