Staff was professional responsive and courteous. The battery replacement was successful i left with a phone in better condition than I came in with and a warranty included. The process was efficient and effective. Definitely call first to see if they have the battery you need if not try another UBIF store.

Christmas was ruined when someone sat on my son’s phone. The screen was smashed. I came to this store because l have had a great experience in the past. . Once again this store did not let me down. The person who took care of us who unfortunately l forgot to get his name ( He was working the day after Christmas at 530 pm)was so professional and empathetic to the situation. The phone was fixed in no time at all. Our Christmas was saved. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

This place is amazing. Danny helped so much I thought I was dead in the water when my phone got fried. Nope! Some how magically he got the phone to back up and helped me download to the new phone. Instead of days recovering data it took a day. Definitely, highly recommend them.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I brought my phone in for suspected water damage. They did a complimentary check and drained the water. This was about 3 years ago and I am still very grateful!
