Remote fix option is a SCAM! Scheduled an appointment via a claim through the website and they scheduled a tech to arrive between 1 and 3pm. At 245 I was called saying that the tech was 1 hour behind. By 6pm, no call/text and no tech. Went to call to see what was going on and was bounced around from Asurions help line to Verizon help line and BACK to Asurions help line only to be told that there will be no tech showing up and that the next available tech appointment is ONE WEEK away. The option I was given was to show up in store, 1 hour away from me, and that they are open 10 to 7pm meaning I COULD have done it that day if they had simply communicated that a tech was unavailable. But no. They strung me along for 6 hours so now I have to wait 2 more days before I can get this fixed. Horrible service through and through

I had a bad experience with this company. I got them through Verizon Fios home devices protection service. My son iPad had a cracked screen. I filled a claim since February. They told me I was eligible for a replacement. I had to pay a service fee of $105, which I paid instantly and they send a prepaid envelope for the broken iPad) which I mail d same day). Up till now I haven’t received the replacement. I was calling every week and they usually promised to send a cash replacement. All they have done is a refund of the service fee. This company is BIG SCAM

I was greeted and assisted by Chris when first stating that my screen was cracked. He was very polite and helpful. While the matter became complicated, just due to claim communication issues and just dealing with automated service and my lack of password information. I then met Will, the manager. I can’t say enough about how kind and patient they both were. Within a short time, because of their team work and expertise, I was on my way with a new screen for my iPhone 11. I have heard they do much more and work on all devices. I would highly recommend! I wish they were around when I dropped my last phone! Thanks guys

It's not often that you walk into a business and are greeted by people who you can tell immediately are passionate about what they do. Will, the manager, and Dylan, the assistant, are friendly, outgoing, and incredibly knowledgeable about their prices and services. I was in and out efficiently and for a very fair price. Although I hope my phone doesn't need future repairs, if I do need them, I'll be back here in a heartbeat.

Will and Alex were the absolute best. My wife's screen cracked and the corporate rep informed us they wouldn't be able to see us until at least the following day. We explained to Will and Alex that my wife wouldnt be able to work the following morning shift without her phone and they made sure they got us in. Would recommend them to anyone!
