I needed a new board for my 2012 macbook pro. I went in to Mobile Rescue Tech Repair and found out that my bad board had also damaged one of my RAM memories. Alex offered to throw in a new RAM with the price of my board and the installation, which was really kind of him. He did an excellent job repairing my laptop, and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I'm really impressed with Mobile Rescue Tech Repair/Alex! The price was affordable, and you can tell that Alex cares a lot about customer service and not about making money. When I went in to pick up my laptop, Alex addressed me by name, which I thought was really nice and professional. Thank you, Alex, and Mobile Rescue Tech Repair! I will definitely come back here again for my future computer/phone repair needs.

Personally this is where all people should get their phones and laptops fixed. Great prices. The worker Alex is very nice and laid back, very informative and a speedy worker. So, if your looking for a place that fixes all varieties of technology, is fast and efficient, and the interactions are friendly. This is the place to go. Fixed my XR screen twice here and got great deals both times with a life-time warranty. If I’m having any troubles with my laptop or phones, I’m going to bring it here.

After being advised of a 2+ hour wait for a Genius Bar appointment to assess a cracked iPhone screen (which was estimated to require an additional hour wait for the possible repair), we tried Mobile Rescue for the first time. We were thrilled to receive fast, on the spot replacement of the phone screen. We were very pleased with Alex’s professional service. Highly recommend Mobile Rescue in Greenwich!

Alex was so helpful and speedy with replacing the back of my and my boyfriend’s iPhones. He was clear about the prices ( below apple price) and very kind. The whole process to fix the iPhone took a little less than a day and could not have gone smoother. Great location right off Greenwich ave. Highly recommend!

Mobile Rescue Tech Repair was a really pleasant experience. I am used to waiting a few hours or even into the next day for a screen repair, but Alex was able to fix my screen in 15 or so minutes. The speed was extremely apprceciated and professional. Will definitely be coming back if I mess up my screen again (hopefully not though)!
