I recently visited the Apple Store in Greenwich, and I couldn't be more impressed. The experience was fast and efficient, with the staff getting straight to the point and resolving my needs without any delays. I came in for a battery replacement and, within an hour, it was done using their streamlined tool. On top of that, I was able to buy the new iPhone 16 Pro Max within minutes. It was a stark contrast to the Apple Store in SoNo, where I've often experienced longer wait times and less streamlined service. I'll definitely be coming back to the Greenwich location instead—it's worth the extra trip for the exceptional efficiency and professionalism!

Walked in for a simple color exchange on an iPad accessory. Gave my name, they typed it into their system and I was told to go have a seat and wait as there were 5 people ahead of me. Went and waited patiently for 30 minutes. I saw many employees not helping customers and finally one who helped a guy purchase a product immediately after he walked in. When the employee finished with him, I asked her if I would be helped soon. She went to find someone to help me and said that they probably didn’t know I needed help because I was sitting down (which is what I was told to do). I asked why I had to give my name then and she didn’t have an answer. Finally they didn’t have the color that I needed so I walked away after 30 minutes without what I needed. No apology and the only acknowledgement was that it was probably my fault because I was sitting down. You shouldn’t need an appointment or need Genius Bar support to exchange a product. Just a simple line, first come, first served.

Appointments are pointless - especially if you’re not paying for Apple care+ every year. Expect to wait 40-60min after your scheduled appointment time because they will prioritize walk-ins over you if you’re not buying a new phone/laptop.

Purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped by a few associates from purchasing an iPhone to getting help setting it up. It’s truly amazing at how good of a shopping experience you can have if you come across the right people. Professionalism, competence, skill and expertise exist here.

“I noticed that the staff in this store seem to be walking around without much to do, but I had to wait a long time for someone to assist me with my purchase.”
