Horrible customer service associate at the printing counter today 2/12/2025. I approached the printing counter and was somewhat greeted by a cold person. I told her I didn’t know what I was doing as I wanted to print something. She very harshly gave me a card and said “follow the directions”. I could have bought a printer there but opted because of rudeness went to a competitor and purchased one. Staples lost a customer!

I called this particular Staples location to get an idea of what it would cost me to have a small spiral bound book done. I was given a price, but when I arrived the very rude manager of that department explain to me that there were many many other charges that were going to be assessed to the job and it was now going to be about double. I really got the impression she did not want to do it. She was very rude about the whole process as was the store manager that I spoke to after her. This is not my usual experience with staples but sadly this was an important job and will affect the amount of business I give them in the future.

Staples is such a responsible community partner offering recycling of electronic equipment and most batteries. Great electronic deals abound such as iPad & Chromebook deals.

I love how knowledgeable the Staples staff are and that they recycle batteries and old technology all while giving you a store credit to use next time!

My wife purchased an office chair over the weekend and paid the additional $19.99 to have the chair assembled. This was a birthday gift for a teen and needed by Monday which is the day that the chair was scheduled to be picked up after we paid $20 for assembly!!! The chair had a tear on the back upon pick up!!! In addition to the tear on the back, the chair is also discolored on the seat, which should not be for a brand new chair out of the box. The manager not in and the associates minimized the damaged merchandise and only offered 10 percent off or wait another 2 days for a chair to be put together. No apology or nothing. They could care less. Buyer beware when it comes to assembly at Staples
