Dropped off my Mac for and upgrade and ran into some challenges to say the least with it. But they did not give up and I can personally attest to the integrity and dedication at this small computer store. Honest and a fine group. Hard to find that these days. A+++

Brought my laptop in for a simple DDR 5 ram upgrade. He grabbed my laptop and pulled it apart on the counter said he needed to see what kind of ram it takes. It sat on his counter for 5 days in peaces. All he had to do was look up the pc model # to find out what ram it takes. Well I called him 5 days later still no ram installed and still in peices on the counter. I took the peices back home and put it back together. Still not upgraded and a horrible experience. Never again. Very rude also. Can't believe this guy stays in business. :(

I have used Captain Computer twice now, and each time the experience was right on target, and he was able to get the work done quickly. The owner is professional, so knowledgable and happy to share his knowledge with an appropriate sense of humor. I highly recommend his services.

They were extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to complete my computer repairs, which included diagnosing and replacing a bad motherboard. They even gave me some thermal paste to secure the heat sink to the processor - free of charge. I highly recommend this place!

quite possibly the worst computer technician i’ve had the displeasure of working with, so my family and I game him my laptop to fix and took an ungodly amount of time, and took up to three months and when I finally got it back, it still was broken, so we took it back to him and got it back after a long period of time, and it came out even worse, my laptop screen falls out, my laptop overheats too quickly, and the serial number was scratched off when we got it back after 6-8 months, and and every person i’ve tried to take it to since has refused to look at it. So now i’m screwed out of a $1500+ laptop, save your money and effort go somewhere else.
