I have used Computer Solutions in Farmington a number of times in the past two years. Every time it has been a positive experience, starting with Kristin the service manager to Boris the owner and, currently, Sean, who is also with the company. To me my problems were hopelessly complex, and emotionally disturbing. To them, those problems were clearly not anything they had not seen before, in some form or other. Easiest 5 stars ever. From taking my laptop in and explaining the steps I’d already tried all the way through to picking it up they were friendly & professional. Not patronizing in the least when I explained the self-diagnosis I’d done and explained clearly what they would be doing to fix it. Price was great value as well. Definitely use these guys again.

This is my second time that Computer Solutions repaired my system. First time was a little over a year ago and it turned out to be a simple fix. My most recent repair was a power unit replacement. Both times were priced appropriately, and the fix was perfect. Computer Techs with acumen and skill like Boris and his team are a valuable commodity to have access to for a wide variety of computer needs.
