Apple Westfarms

I can only speak for my experience there today. Needed a watch charger and didn't want another cabled one. They had a small charger that goes on keychains. $30 but it was worth it for me. But the reason I'm leaving a review is because I then went and looked at the 16 Pro to upgrade from my 13 Pro. Audrey was amazing! She went through the process of getting my phone evaluated and maximizing my trade-in. She went next level with setting up the transaction. I ran out of time to complete it (I hadn't planned the time) but I would absolutely go back to see Audrey!

Incredibly rude and ineffective customer service. Purchased a product that was broken out of the box. Tech support at their “genius bar” confirmed product had no wear/tear or other damage, but had manufacture malfunction. Warranty still good for 3 months out (because it was just opened). Nevertheless, management would not replace product that had been shipped broken, and the best they would offer is to maybe repair it in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, because it’s Apple, they have no incentive to fix their own problems, and no recourse is offered for their consumers. After calling their customer service line, I was told the same. The best I can do is post this to warn others to stay away from this store.

Nicely maintained, large enclosed mall. Appears they have been successful at replacing quality stores that have failed, with new quality stores. Legos has a nice presence.

Not impressed... Confusion.. this stand and wait till someone comes is weird. Whose next,? Are we supposed to keep track ?? What about old fashioned take a number. When you are called you get service? Delis and restaurants use it . This is the high end electronics store you'd think they would use text to let you know when you are next... All this new way of doing things is not working.. sad isn't it . The more we know the dumber we become ...

If these supposed geniuses were any smarter, I think they’d be able to graduate off of the short bus. I was booked a reservation with an Apple customer service representative on the telephone And they confirmed my suspicion with the ceramic shield issue with the iPhone 16 Pro Max it seems as if these new phones scratch very easily. I drove over an hour there and an hour back home because when I arrived, the supposed geniuses told me that I would need to have AppleCare to replace the scratches on my phone which is incorrect because it is a manufacture defect covered under the one year manufacture warranty let’s just say a different location agreed to and replaced my phone and I’m not sure what’s going on at West Farms
