Not enough staff????Waited 30 min for manager Jon to help me. I understand he was helping someone to choose some computer staff or something, but the cashier told him, I needed him only for a minute to give me gift cards fom the back room....nope ...i just waited. Was it that hard to excuse other customer for a minute? Finally, he came, no apology or anything for the wait...my transaction didn't even take 2 min. Thanks Jon.

Ordered Canon printer ink on line for pickup. Got an email in 20 minutes that it was ready. Very fast checkout. 6 people in line,all for returning stuff. 2nd csr asked for anyone purchasing, I was so got to jump ahead and get my ink.

Great experience with Staples purchase at Staples in Enfield, CT purchasing printer supplies. Printer paper is good quality and valued priced. And their Rewards program is a great benefit.

The Staples store I shop in is clean, easy to maneuver, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, all of which as a Senior Citizen is very important.

UPDATE: Jon would not help me find batteries. He pointed to a rack and told me no one was available to help me find the lithium battery I was looking for. Also they were priced with two different prices. Why does Jon still have a job???? How dare you threaten to call the police on 3 elders in their 80’s who are paying customers! They were simply trying to choose the right product since you weren’t willing to help them, they needed to take a seat since they are disabled. Absolutely unacceptable. You are living scum. If I was there when this happened, I would have called corporate on you so you’d ALL lose your jobs. I hope you lose sleep at night
