Great service - fair and thorough. Got a new phone to replace my old LG and a new plan not much more $ than my old one. Everything ported over very nicely and I left completely satisfied. Such nice people I couldn't have asked for more.

I stopped in to buy my boyfriend a phone for christmas on Dec 22nd 2018. The owners were so very kind. They didn't try to sell me their left over stock like the other stores I've dealt with in the past couple of months did. He showed me all the phones, compared them all and then told me which one he suggested. Not the highest priced one, not the leftover stock, the one that he thought was actually the best phone in general. And when I told him that my bf breaks his phones constantly, he suggested getting the cheapest one for him. After purchasing the phone, he asked me if I would like for his wife to wrap it up! Surprised, I said sure that would be awesome! She came out with two rolls of Christmas wrapping paper and let me pick which one i liked, then she told me to choose the ribbon i liked and a gift tag too! That was the best customer service I've honestly ever received. They made my experience at their store so unique and special it really made my day! Looking out for the best interest of their customers is what matters and they certainly make sure they do a good job of that! Anything you need at Boost~go see them, they are great people and I promise you will be very happy that you did.
