Left computer there for 3 weeks for a diagnostic. I was told I would get a call by the end of the day every time I asked for an update. Never got a call. Based on the computers there, I don't think he knew what to do with a modern gaming pc. I dealt with the younger guy, but the older man was nice though.

Stopped by to see if they had a charger. I was far from home and had forgotten my charger. He was so nice- they didn't have the one I needed for sale, but he let me BORROW the one they had for a couple hours to get me through my afternoon until I headed home. Couldn't believe it. Amazing service. Thank you!!

If you need your computer repaired or a new charger cord any accessories don't go anywhere else. My charger cord broke on my laptop. They had it. My friend had a problem with the DVD player and they fixed it. The prices are amazing, the work done in a timely fashion and the people who help you are very knowledgeable and will do whatever they can get your computer repaired and up and running. They also do a great job of cleaning cell phones. They never push anything on you and will also give some tips on what to do. Granted, East Granby might be a bit further away than might want to go but believe me it's more than worth it!!

Everyone here is so helpful! I recently started a company down the road, and they helped me with all my tech needs. I had a problem with a Mac I bought (my own fault) and we all thought the files would be erased, but they're all still there and it works like a charm. Would definitely recommend going here for a refurbished computer; they all work like they're brand new. Great customer service every time I go.
