I received exceptional service! My ten year old desktop computer did not wake up from sleep mode one day. Everything I needed for grad school was on the computer and I had an intensive workload to keep up with, so I was a bit panicked to get things back up and running. Jay started diagnosing the computer immediately. The hard drive failed. He recommended a replacement and was able to retrieve all my data and transfer it to the new computer, which works excellent and was very affordable. I highly recommend this store and will return for all my computer needs! I do not think any other repair stores would have been as responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable.

I went to the Apple Store to try and get my Mac book fixed where I was then directed to just buy a new lap top since mine was out dated. Jay at The Biz Techs was recommended by a friend and he happened to have a part and replaced what my lap top needed at an extremely reasonable price and time frame. Highly recommend. Lap top works great now!

Went to The Biz Techs to repair my spacebar. I was immediately greeted with spectacular customer service. He did an amazing job fixing the spacebar on my laptop and went above and beyond and cleaned the keys for me.
