Lost my Chromebook charger and immediately thought of this business - I hadn't been here for about 10 years - but from my memory the owner was always very kind - helped my family fix a few computers and when I got a refurbished lenovo that was about 3 years old from them back in 2012 it worked fantastic for years - lasted me until about 2020! They do honest work at a very reasonable price and supporting a local business - its a win win. The charger they sold me today works well at an affordable price. Thank you!!

I had the need for service on my computer. We called Brian at Kennedy Exchange. I dropped the computer off at 1PM and it was repaired and back at my desk by 4PM the same day.
