For most emergencies, we dial 911. But there's no such number for a sick (or, in my case, dying) computer. Except there is. I just called Will and am delighted I did! He not only took my laptop immediately but got it up and working within 3 hours. Where I thought I might have to find a replacement, I was working on my existing laptop that afternoon. And that's because of Will. He's knowledgeable, reliable, affordable and, most importantly, available. In short, I cannot recommend him more highly.
