On 12/31/24 I called the AAT store in Bristol,CT. My son’s PlayStation 4 was overheating and shutting off repeatedly. I figured the fan was failing. The tech told me to come down to the shop. These guys were professional throughout the entire process, Their diagnostic process was efficient and accurate. They fixed and completed the job in a timely manner as well. Overall the PlayStation 4 Thermal paste had worn off causing the system to overheat and repeatedly shut itself down. Ps Since I did buy a replacement fan beforehand for the PlayStation 4 they replaced the old fan for the new one. Due to the system overheating repeatedly that fan was going to fail eventually. Good business if you ever in need
