Chuck and his team at BITS are a staple to the town, community and provide services that are consistently above and beyond. Most recently I needed an adapter cable for an event I'm hosting and called Chuck to ask him about it. Within 2 minutes he identified the part I needed, had it in stock, I went over to test it out. In an out in minutes with exactly what I needed. Just one of many examples of excellent customer service!

Outstanding - Highly recommend for your computer / IT support needs. This was my first time using their services. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. While my issue resulted in need for a complete ssd drive reformat and windows re- install, the staff exhausted all possible work arounds before resulting to the reimage. What’s more they restored my system seamlessly right down to the background desktop image and reloading of licensed programs - going the extra mile to contact me as needed for 2 step validation. Just an outstanding job by a very honest and integritable team. Super Job Curtis and team!

My old iMac decided to not start up for me last week and I work in Bethel so decided to bring it into BITS. Curtis was awesome to work with - very kind and helpful. He had my hard drive dropped into another machine they had on hand AND updated my OS and backed everything up for me. All within 24hrs and for a very fair price. Highly recommended!
