I would probably rate my experience a 4.5. The issue with my laptop was fixed and the Geek Squad guy did install more ram on my laptop quickly. But the wait was so long. I had an appointment and I wasn't seen until 45 min past my appointment time which was just annoying. But I'm happy with the service I received anyway. The only other annoying thing was that their TV that had the schedule of appointments on it was flashing the whole time. It clearly wasn't working right. The TV for the Best Buy Geek Squad is broken?? Just seems wrong lol....

I had an HP Envy for less than a year when the screen started acting up. I took this to Geek Squad to get it fixed, they took less than 30 minutes with 2 trys and made the problem 1000 times worse. I decided to take it apart myself to see what the issue was. 20 minutes later the loose cable was plugged back in and now works fine. I would not recommend people going here. I am 13 years old...

At first, I was praising geek squad in Westminster. I had dropped my laptop off for service. It is only seven months new. I spent a lot of money on it, and it was failing rapidly first the touchpad buttons, then the touchpad, then the fingerprint reader and the charger. I looked into sending it directly to Samsung full exchange, would’ve most likely happened. However, geek squad said they could send it out for me. They neglected to tell me that it would be sent out to a Best Buy geek squad center where they would do repairs and bill for labor and parts. I found out about this I was kind of irritated not to mention it came home with, a big dent in the bottom and a scratch on the side edge down to metal. I wish they would’ve told me I bet Samsung would’ve taken the computer found out that it needed to be opened and they most likely would’ve decided to send me a refurbished computer full on with a cord and 100 W charger. Now I have a dented and scratched up laptop. I spent $2000 on with a faulty charger. I am not happy!

Made appt with Geek Squad at Westminster store on Monday 7/3/2023. I went into store and Geek Squad and received help right away. The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got my computer issue corrected right away! So great.

Joe at the Geek Squad there was fast, professional, and very helpful. He did what the store near 104th and I-25 could not and I am so grateful he helped me today. I appreciate good customer service. I recommend going to this store if the others can not or will not help. I will be going to them from now on
