Caleb is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a great communicator! Definitely will trust him the next time I need a repair. I ended up declining the repair just because my laptop was so old, but I love that his diagnostics charge goes toward the repair cost if I had done it. And the repair quote he gave me was $200 less than what Apple gave me! A solid local shop if you need Mac repair!
