Terry's Computer Asylum

Guys seemed nice, but they returned my laptop in the same condition I brought it in with and charged me $100. The search history on my laptop was also interesting and not appreciated. It's taken me over a week to finally repair my laptop myself. I would certainly not recommend the place. Be careful out there!

My 94 year old Mom was completely locked out of her computer. After a bad experience with a different company we called Terry who was awesome. Terry went to her home and picked up the computer, texted with me every step of the way as to what the problem was and what he was doing to solve, stayed in contact with Mom, then delivered the computer back to her and took the time to show her how to access the shortcuts he'd set up to make things easier and less confusing for her. All this at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

It's an old corner store, and the place can be easily missed. A very small entry, with a lot of computer stuff slash monitor`s going all at one time, and no AC. But the big plus, is the owner who will definitely take care of you. Very BIG plus. He will work work and get you the right part at a resonable price. I will return, even though this business is 45 miles away.

My dog chewed through some cords on a $500 gaming system. I figured before I throw it away and replace it, I'd see if Terry could patch the cords together. $30 later he got me up and running and everything works perfect! So thankful I gave him a shot!

Never had anything less than a stellar experience. The only place I would take my computers for repair. Both fast and friendly I would recommend Terry's to everyone. Just like a car mechanic, only go with the trustworthy and reliable and Terry's is just that.
