When it comes to computers, Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and efficient. And I found him to be kind and congenial. Steamboat Springs is blessed to have him here to help us with our computer vexations!

If I could give Ken more than 5 stars I would. Not only did he solve my issues, he patiently explain what he did to this Mac for Dummies person that I am. I definitely found my go to expert in all things Computers. Highly recommend!!

Ken was great as always. Figured out my issue and got me on my way. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He was honest with the repairs needed for my laptop and was not pushy to get my business which I really appreciated.

In an effort to be fair, my experience is based on a peripheral experience and only one experience. For me, however, that is more than enough. In a further effort to be fair, my father really likes Ken and has been using him for years. That said, I recently was subjected to a very rude interaction that I would certainly want others to be aware of in case manners and polite behavior is important to others looking for computer help. My 95-year-old father took a broken computer to Ken recently and Ken indicated it was not worth it to try and repair the computer and he ordered my father a new laptop. I contacted Ken and he promptly returned my call and subsequently canceled my father’s order. I felt my 95-year-old father, who never takes his computer anywhere, ever, would be better served with a large screen desktop. Seems like Ken could have determined this. After a period and a few interactions, Ken called me today and I relayed to him what my father had told me – that he was coming to see him within the hour. Ken responded with something to the effect of ‘tell him to come before 3:30pm’ – it was rude, direct and totally lacking in manners or decent behavior – I felt like I was working for Ken and he was simply doling out a command to be followed. There was no “please” and there was no “would you” or “could you” – just rude impolite barking of orders. After I asked Ken if he was telling me what to do or asking, he mumbled something and hung up. Again, just one incident, but I would never do business with someone that treats others with no manners and zero sense of politeness and does not treat others with kindness. My father is sticking with him – again, in an effort to be fair. I can see by the other reviews I am sure he will refute this account – all businesses that are generally of bad character always try and get into a back and forth regarding reviews – you can always spot them – they simply can’t accept criticism.
