This guy is amazing!!! Just got my charging port replaced and it charges faster then ever, if that even possible. Nice friendly service and great turn around time.

So my phone was not able to charge. I was expecting to have a large repair bill, or buy a new phone. I got neither. The employee said things like "pocket lint" gets in there, and every time you jam the charger in, it compresses it till it gets to a.point where it won't contact. Quick, efficient and most importantly, HONEST. In and out 10 minutes and $30. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The person working there was in a foul mood and directed it at me for no reason. Really rude and low key hostile customer service. Also, this was an iPhone battery swap, and he put in a battery that my phone doesn’t recognize. He didn’t tell me I now have a permanent warning message that can’t be cleared about an unrecognized battery, and my battery health indicator won’t work. He should have warned me that he was going to use a replacement battery that I’d lose functionality on my phone with. Lastly, and this is minor, but I gave the phone to him with a clean screen. He gave it back covered in smudges.

Please lmk. ********************************************** You guys have some serious customer service problems. Zero communications and when you call you get the hostile treatment for calling. Total joke. Sorry to have bothered you!!!! Plus zero explanation on what was diagnosed on the phone that couldn’t be fixed. You guys seem like you can’t be bothered.

Our daughters IPad screen got stepped on during vacation, they had us all fixed up by the end of the day and she is so happy to have her iPad back! Excellent service, fast, and friendly!
