My laptop had several issues and Mark quickly fixed them all for me. He knows his stuff...I trust him much more than I would trust a generic place like Best Buy because he obviously has years of experience and can think on his feet, tries different solutions, and gives you your best option for what you want. He is also generous with his time and pricing---he gave me 20 minutes of his time for free helping me fix a simple issue. I will definitely return here if I have more computer issues.

I had dropped my computer and damaged the hard drive so the computer would no longer boot up. In four hours Mark replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive and recovered all the data that was recoverable from the damaged drive. The new drive is super fast. Mark was very professional and kept me updated with the progress he was making. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly so there were no surprises. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with computer problems. Personally, I hardly ever write reviews so please take this one seriously.
