I recently when in to this location of Staples, and there's no other way to put it, but I did not feel welcomed as a guest as I walked through the door no one greeted me on top of that. I'm looking for a very specific item. I go to the aisle that my item I'm looking for is usually in. Cause this isn't my first time buying this item. When I go into the aisle, I do not see the item. I'm looking for so I start looking for help. As there is no help in the area to be found as someone realizes that I am looking for help. They shout from across the store. How can I help you? And I said I need help in the pen area, and with a very smart remark. She replied in the pen area? I said yes in the pen area. Then she doubles up on her remark and says it again. The Pen area? so at this moment, I'm getting very frustrated because I feel like she was making me feel like I'm stupid for what I'm looking for because I'm needing help in the writing pen area. All I was looking for was refill cartridges to my pen. And when she approaches me, I'm already irritated by the first interaction. She tells me what are you looking for exactly?And I pull out my pen, basically showing it to her the type of pen and cartridge.I'm looking for to refill my pen. As she proceeds to tell me, all of our refill cartridges are right here and points to this area. I said I understand that I already looked. Is there any that I'm missing? Or maybe I'm overlooking as she had no Interest to help me. So I asked, what is your name?If you don't mind me asking, then she replied Cassie, Kacy I don't remember. Once I asked for her name, the whole demeanor changed. I proceeded to buy 2 brand new pens because of the fact. Nobody was able to help point me in the direction of getting the Refill cartridges. I have had many visits within this location. Usually it's the same gentleman helping me every single time, and he was not there this time. I wish I knew his name because his hospitality welcoming able to hold the conversation with the guests was something that made me want to go back. But with this recent visit made me super super upset.

Not the store itself but the RUDE lady running returns for Amazon. We get it you’re busy but be more rude with zero customer service! She Can have a full on conversation with the UPS man but treats you like you’re a bother cause she had to do her job. Spoke but 2 words “QR code” and there’s your receipt not have a good day not a please nothing….. Don’t work customer service if you have none!

My experiences have always been great. they are fast, willing, and prompt with Amazon returns even though they are not compensated by amazon. The staff greets me when I enter the store and if I ever need help, there is someone ready and willing to help.

I needed a specific type of computer that worked with mobile hotspot, was color and easy to setup. An Associate walked me to the computer area. Explained which ones would work. Took time to show me how to set it all up. He was extremely helpful. He treated me like family! It's my store of choice!

Easy location to get to and the staff is always friendly and fast. They have a busy copy center and Amazon returns, but they handle it well. Always have good sales displayed prominently in the front of the store. Parking is easy.
