Michael / Falcon IT has been fantastic to work with! He is honest, knowledgeable about all aspects of the IT process including personal devices and laptops. His integrity and respectful ways with his clients is top notch. If he is unable to immediately solve a problem, he won't quit until he has a solution. I highly recommend Michael and Falcon IT.

My laptop wasn't charging, so I took it to Falcon IT to get it fixed. As soon as Michael plugged it in, it started charging. He told me to take it home and try it again, which I did and it is working perfectly. So even though I don't know why it wasn't charging, I really appreciate the fact that Michael was honest with me and didn't try to BS me that it needed work done.

Michael is an extremely kind, and professional person. My mother and I had an old laptop that needed to be looked at. During the process of diagnosing a few of the problems we were having, several other issues were identified and brought to our attention. His prices were all very reasonable, and he was extremely helpful in talking to us about our next best steps and the best options. He also provided valuable information for our pet sitting business.
