I would definitely recommend this place if you would like your electronics fixed. Took my Pixel 8 in to get my LCD screen replaced quickly cause I had a trip in a couple days and they got it down in less than a day. I was extremely happy with the fix and turnaround time

My hard disk failed on my laptop I called 5 stores and they all told me that my 6 year old macbook was a brick. I was about to give up but I called one last store, they referred me to R3 so I gave them a call. Crazy that they were able to find a new hard disk and drive for under $300 installed with 2 day shipping. They bought the new board without asking for my money and had it installed quickly. You guys literally saved me over a thousand dollars. Cute dogs too.

I’ve had issues ever since they fixed my MacBook screen. First, the screen they installed camera was broken. So whoever their screen dealer is, sent them a screen with a broken camera. It would be another $500 to replace it, so I just opted for using an external camera for zoom calls. Now, there’s a this thick line on my computer, no crack! Just this line, I took it to the Apple Store, and boy the news they had to tell me! They told me whoever installed this screen, did a sloppy job and the display itself isn't apple authentic and lacks so many components its supposed to have. SO, now $1000 later buying a new Macbook because one company, claimed they could repair my computer screen… My advice….Just take it to Apple, or an actual authorized Apple Server. Other than that I guess they’re nice, not timely but kind. The only other thing that bothered me was they allow their cat to roam around, and I’m allergic so, wish I had a heads up there to bring allergy medicine before I went.

R3 did a great job! They immediately diagnosed the problem. And while we had to wait a few days to get the part as soon as they got the part, they fixed my computer. Easy to work with, they are customer oriented and service driven.
