My brother referred me to Dana as he has used his services for many years and I was not disappointed. Dana is so knowledgeable about hardware and software, and he asks all the right questions to figure out what the customer wants or needs. Dana configured a new laptop for me - removed stuff I will never need - and successfully transferred all my data to my new machine. I just picked up my machine a couple days ago and am very happy so far! I have no hesitation in recommending Daktronix to anyone.

My long time PC recently died, so I decided to build a new one. I’m new to the area so I saw DAKtronix listed nearby when I had my pc initially assessed (I didn’t realize the severity of the problem at first). Dana was incredibly helpful and straightforward. Dana is brilliant. Not only did he save all of my work and personal data from the last few years but he managed to save my very expensive computer as well.
