The Computer Man Pagosa Springs

I was driving through on a road trip and realized I left my work computer charger somewhere in a hotel 2 states away. The Walmart universal chargers didn’t work for my computer and I called here and left a message. I got a return phone call within 20 minutes and he saved me with a charger. So grateful!!

While I was on leave moving militarybases, my computer broke down because I was messing around in my BiOS settings and messed it up. The Computer Man was a godsend, I was literally in and out in 30 mins and he was extremely professional and is going to help me upgrade my rig, for one of the only computer repair places here in pagosa I could not recommend this place more, he was the only one in the area to pick up the phone and answer my questions

Josh is the best computer man in the West! We had a perfect experience when our all-in-one HP died an irreversible death when the power supply died and it was direct-mounted to the motherboard. We bought a new one (Lenovo) and Josh was able to clone the old boot ssd drive to the new ssd drive and relocate the 2TB hdd into the new unit. All worked perfectly and he finished the work in one day after receiving the new one. Cost was exactly what I expected and very reasonable. I rate his work a 10 out of 10.

The computer man, alias Josh, is a very personable and professional highly skilled technician who is knowledgeable beyond my comprehension thus I will be a repeat customer I'm sure. My knowledge of computing is limited and while I relied on a stimulating advertisement campaign by a cyber security vendor it was not compatible to the machine that I am operating as explained by the computer man. That was my first impression and computer man followed through stayed on point with his initial explanation and within his estimated time frame. Service fees was more than reasonable and I have a fully functional 11-year-old Dell latitude laptop again. Josh is a very talented guy. I brought my computer to him with simple problems, but problems that I couldn't deal with and he took care of it all within a day for me. After I got my computer back to the office i was having some more set up problems and he took the time out of his afternoon, left his store, came and fixed it all with a smile on his face.. Every customer clearly means a ton Josh and whether the problem is small or big he will take care it for sure.
