Simple Computer Repair

Free and effective diagnostic... again All the great things you read in the reviews are true. I thought my phone needed a new battery. I had been struggling with performance and crashing and the battery not keeping a charge. I had planned to go into the AT&T store but glad I called first to learn they no longer had service departments. They recommended Simple Computer Repair. They were open until 7PM on a Saturday night which was convenient for me. They had the same policies and friendly service I had experience at another shop that closed a while back... turns out the two stores had merged. They looked around and found very unusual battery usage and horrible performance. They recommended a factory reset and showed me how to do it myself. I did it last night and now my phone and battery performance is normal, without replacing the battery.

Do not recommend. I took my iPhone in for screen repair after shattering it. Three days later, the display went completely black and would not respond. Was out of town and needed my phone for work and had to pay the apple store their full repair amount to fix it. Their assessment was the previously fixed display was causing the problem. The simple computer repair store representative seemed to be well versed in this problem saying he could not do anything about it in spite of their 30 day guarantee. He also lacked customer service skills. Needless to say, I will not return here in the future and go the safe route with the apple store.

Phenomenal customer service!! I spoke with the owner, Dan, prior to dropping off my computer. The employee in the store was very patiently assisting another customer who was clueless about computers, explaining everything until they understood and had a great, friendly attitude the entire time. Once they had a chance to check out my machine, Dan was great at explaining options and prices to replace my weird sized bad hard drive, including lead time for the various hard drives to arrive. As a busy grad student I really appreciate that, not to mention he was able to fix my computer when the big box stores couldn't!

We highly recommend Simple Computer Repair. We just moved to Monument and needed our high speed internet hooked up throughout the house. Eric and his employee, Joe, were both extremely personable and came out to our house to do the job much quicker than we expected, especially so close to Christmas. The cost was very fair and reasonable, and we were highly impressed with the level of customer service we received. We are huge fans of small businesses and this is one we definitely recommend.

Love doing business with local companies. Amazing service and great prices. I had the battery die on my iPhone, and the screen was broken. They had it fixed in just a few minutes and the price was super reasonable. Friendly folks. I love the attitude of "if we can't fix it, we won't charge you". What a wonderful way to run a business.
