I just finished building my first PC. I was having issues getting it to start up and be able to download the software. I was in and out in 5 minutes. There knowledgeable and super cool. Didn't charge me for the small problem. Highly recommend if assistance is needed!!!

I took my laptop into Rod (or Ron I'm not sure) yesterday as a walk in. He was so great to work with. He walked me through the process and told me there were no guarantees but there was a very reasonable fee to run some diagnostic steps on my laptop. Within 15 min minutes he had it up and running (it wouldn't initially turn on) and cleaned out the fan. He really was a life saver as I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new laptop yesterday. I really appreciate his step by step approach and explanations as he stepped through them with me. I would highly recommend there company!

Rod and Isaac were extremely knowledgeable in dissecting the issue I was having with my computer. They determined my motherboard had gone bad and installed a new one for an extremely fair price. I highly recommend PCs and Parts and it is the best computer/repair store I have been to in Northern Colorado.

I really wanted to love this place, I had high hopes that this place would fix my laptop and I would leave a happy customer. I had brought my Gaming Laptop in to get the fan fixed because it was making the most annoying noise. The staff was very friendly and reasonably priced somewhat. I had to wait maybe a week or week and a half for the new fan to be delivered. I got a call from the owner saying they had put the new guy on my laptop, the monitor was no longer capable of working and told me that they had to order another part. I was kind of annoyed that they did that to begin with why would you ever put a new coworker on a $1,000 piece of equipment. A few days later I had gotten another call but this time from the manager. He had asked me if the owner told me what had happened to my Laptop and that they had to order a completely different Laptop because the new guy had fried a part for the monitor. I responded no he only told me that the part was being replaced. The manager was honest with me while the owner wasn't. So I asked the owner for my original laptop back and told me no because he needed to make a prophet off of this somehow because the laptop they had bought from E - Bay was $300 or $400 I don't entirely remember. So I had to wait another week for the new laptop to come in same model and everything. They finally got it and put the fans they ordered in the new laptop. After all of this, THEY still charged me the same amount not, 25% or 50% off. I went in with a broken fan, went out with a laptop that wasn't even mine. I unfortunately can't recommend this place for anyone. If I could rate this place half a star I would.

Having charging issues with my laptop, took it into a shop that told me 2-4 weeks for repair. Decided to see Rod at PCs & Parts for a second opinion. He proceeded to open it up and repair on the spot. Great guy and will be the only place I take my laptops from now on.
