The associates here are all very knowledgeable and they were able to fix my PC in less than 3 weeks, whereas the manufacturer quoted me almost 4 months! I'd especially like to thank John and Luna! John let me in 5 minutes early to retrieve my device, and Luna was the one who fixed the issues. I'll be coming here exclusively for any future repairs with any of my devices.

Jon was the absolute best - friendly, fast, and fixed my phone same day (full display replacement). It was my first time ever going to a phone repair shop, but with screen issues on a brand new phone under warranty, I gave it a go, expecting a painful process. But it was so smooth, he took care of filing the claim, replacing my display, and I picked it up in just a few hours! Will 100% come here any time I have any phone issues , and highly recommend to others!!

I was sent by my service provider to fix my busted IPhone. I walked in with an attitude but Jon (I’m assuming that’s his name) was patient, very knowledgeable and complete professional. Got my phone same day and working like new! Thank you!

Geek squad left me in a tight fix (without a fix lol) after driving down the mountain. I walked in and the worker (can’t recall their name but they had some fun colored hair!) was so sweet and straight forward about the process and price and even the time frame for my phone to get fixed. I got the back glass fixed same day and they have gained a customer in me (though of course no one wants to have their device break- it’s nice to know I can rely on this company and shop for my future repair needs).

I gave my laptop to the Longmont location after having good experiences with the Boulder location in the past. After being quoted one to two weeks for repair, it's been a month and a half and has yet to be fixed. I had to call in to even learn it was being transferred to the Boulder location and communication has been routinely poor. I would urge you to take your business elsewhere, especially for computers.
