Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. They'll waste your time, worsen your problems, and then shrug it off like it's no big deal. I took my PS5 to uBreakiFixIt because it was shutting off after two hours of use. I specifically asked for a proper diagnosis and cleaning. They claimed they "cleaned" it, but when I got it back, the problem was even worse--it started shutting off after just 30 minutes. When I brought it back and explained the issue, they dismissed it entirely and told me there was "nothing wrong" with the console. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. They clearly didn't care to investigate the issue properly or take accountability for making things worse. They also left a bunch of scratch marks on the console.

I had an amazing experience here. The crew was able to fix my phone for free by just tightening a loose connection. It gave me a lot of faith in this shop after bringing my phone there other times. It's clear that they value their customers and do quality work.

Best customer service! I damaged my old iPhone 13 and upgraded to an iPhone 15. They transferred the data from my old phone to my new iPhone and got me going again! A+++

Dropped the phone off before 4 to get the work done the same day. We were told it would be done before closing at 7p.m. we never got an update on the work order so we tried to call but the phones don't work. Showed up several times to check the status of our phone and at 7 they still weren't finished. We came back the next day, mid day to pick up the phone. Again the phone wasn't working so we couldn't check the status. The update also never came to us. At check out they couldn't provide me a receipt because the system still wasn't working for Samsung allegedly. Believe this all happened because the man behind the counter was called sir but after looking at the work order the paperwork said Seraphine v. So more than likely he was upset. Travis M helped us today and was helpful but the system and phone system still wasn't working. Travis told us the phones haven't worked for 2 months. This is unacceptable.

Went here to get my phone screen replaced at the manufacturers recommendation. I got there and there was no one in the front office. I could hear someone in the back watching Balls Of Fury quite loudly. I waited for about 10-15 minutes as they did not notice my existence. Called the phone number thinking the phone might ring and it went straight to call ended every time. Then I tried to close the door as loudly as possible and finally the person eventually came to the front. I told them my phone delema and they said it would take 2 hours to fix which is just fine but since I needed my phone the next few days for work I told him I'd come back Saturday when I was off. He said that was fine and put the screen they had behind the counter. I come back Saturday and the new person at the desks tells me that my warranty which was paying for my screen repair expired the day before and thus I would have to pay $200+ The previous person I told who has also looked at my warranty and knew my plan to come back Saturday said nothing about my warranty expiring the day before I planned on coming in and encouraged me to come back Saturday anyway. Long story short I'm going to iMobileDenver.
