uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Made an appointment to fix my Pixel 8 screen issue, which I described in the form I filled out. Drive an hour here just to be told they are familiar with the issue and out of the parts, so try another day. Information that would have been helpful before I drove two hours round trip and then another 2 hours round trip when I have to come back. Same thing happened to the lady in front of me.

Literally the best there is at this repair business. they have fixed everything we take to them for a VERY reasonable cost and if the repair does not solve the issue they will refund you 100%. i will bring them my business 100% of the time. very fast, the best quality and beyond the best customer service. They have taken care of us beyond reason.

uBreakifix repaired my pixel 8 and it was covered by google. It had a vertical silver streak on the right side. It was fixed within 3 hours. They work on some computers too!

The repair was good. Only complaint is they told me they would call when it was done. I waited around in the area for 2 hrs (their est time for completion) - no call. I finally called them and was told oh ya it’s on the “done” shelf. When I asked why they hadn’t called like they said they would I got an excuse but no apology. If it is not standard practice to call: it should be. You should follow through on what you say you’re going to do. Your customer’s time is just as valuable as yours. Be respectful and considerate of your customer.

I took my iPhone 14 with a shattered display, and they fixed it the same day. They offered alternatives to the super expensive Apple originals, which helped me save some money. They were swift and even gracious enough to wait for me a few extra minutes on a Sunday afternoon to pick up my phone. I highly recommend their service, but don't trust their appointment system; it does not reflect the correct hours when the store is open. Just give them a call!
